House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Saturday crushed a putsch by far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Republican rebels — pushing through a $95.3 billion aid package that funds the fight against Russia, the defense of Israel and resistance against China. Lawmakers in a rare bipartisan effort overwhelmingly approved the four-bill package, including one measure providing $60.8 billion for Ukraine. About 80% of that money will go toward replenishing supplies of US-made weapons and ammunition and other direct military assistance. Another $9.5 billion is in the form of a forgivable loan. The bill passed 311-112 with all “nay” votes coming from Republicans, including Greene who was hailed as “Moscow Marjorie” by

Wow…there went billions right down the drain of which we will have zero oversight. No accountability and that kind of money means one thing, corruption. This is not about supporting Russia, it is about trying to save the economy of this bankrupt nation. Now they are telling us that we will be able to send bullets instead of our men and women to fight there. What is Europe doing? This war is on their doorstep. I am disgusted with the funding of a war that Joe Biden pretty much ginned up. He goaded Putin into invading Ukraine and ask yourself why has there never been a serious effort toward negotiations to end this senseless killing? We all know that war is profitable for the right people and if they want it, which they do in this case, it becomes a reality whether we the people want it or not. I guarantee when Biden was trash talking Putin before the shooting began, Trump would have been at a negotiating table trying to prevent the loss of life and devastation that Ukraine would suffer. Now remind me again who the dems said would get us into many wars? Right, it was Trump. The war mongers in both parties got exactly what they wanted, war for profit. Since WWII we have been feeding the military industrial machine just as President Eisenhower warned us. What has that done for us? Made the war mongers extremely wealthy and sent far too many of our men and home in body bags, survivors home with extreme injuries, and PTSD that absolutely devastates the mental health of our military. War was meant to be fought to be won. We fight for a reality that grinds up our military and makes many evil individuals and corporations rich. Where is the accountability for this disgusting and ongoing policy? I am all for protecting this country and assisting our allies, but what we are doing now is shameful. Accountability and a push to begin serious negotiations should be top priorities. When is the devastation enough or is the insatiable lust for blood money never satisfied?

MTG is one of a very few patriots that have not sold out to the Uniparty cabal! This loss will be remembered as the beginning of the end of the great American experiment! It was a great run, but all countries collapse! We must turn to and worship God now! Jesus is all that matters anyway! Eternity with Him makes our short suffering in this life not even a blip in our existence! We are eternal beings! Either with Jesus, Heaven…or separated from Him forever, Hell !

#2 Makes many cogent points as always! Accountability and the well-worn term "Transparency!" we often hear no longer applies. These so-called 'rebels' take actions which have little or no effect except to put the proverbial crap in a punch bowl which the media will spin 24/7/365 ad infinitum AGAINST sound policy. They have seemingly NO IDEA about cause and effect of their actions upon Americans when they showboat and spout which is more fodder for the media to make fools and iditots of them. THIS is why good people get corrupted and compromised and cowardly RINOs bully them to bring them back "into the fold" of spending YOUR MONEY instead of "THEIR" money all the while thinking they are doing a grand gesture for the World. Meanwhile, our nation is being over run with ILLEGAL ALIENS and so the very idea that they would protect OUR National Security by putting money into securing OUR border instead of Ukraine's is completely lost on them. The 16 'republicans" from TEXAS of all places who approved this without first DEMANDING that something be allocated to protect the border is INSANE. Many of them call themselves 'conservatives'. Now that they are on the November ballot after being winners of the Texas Primary feel that they are now safe from the public's scrutiny and do not have to answer for their treachery. It's always the same-- you and I have live within our means, but somehow NOTHING like this ever affects them and they can no longer be trusted as stewards of the people they represent. Reps. Crenshaw and Luttrell are at the top of the list of people who need to go~ military heroes they might be, but they need to be excoriated and hounded by those they 'represent' when they return to their districts to be reminded of their duty to those who elected them. MTG and Gaetz and the 'rebels' had no plan once they blew up lying Speaker McCarthy and now that Speaker Johnson appears to be brainwashed away from the values he expressed upon being elected Speaker, he also needs to be REMINDED who butters their bread. The traditional Reagan Republicans are outnumbered by the addicts who think they are elected to make largess in the government a priority by spending OPM-- other people's money. I don't know about you, but Bidenomics has taken my financial well being down MANY notches, and the idea of 'just electing republicans' means almost nothing if you have one of those persons who would put Ukraine above America's future and security.

Equally dishonest, the same issue of the Murdoch New York Post contains a lengthy article about a brutal assault by a "13-year old girl" on a middle school classmate. You have to read the Daily Mail's account of the same incident to learn that the assailant was actually a biological male. First of all, she should sue or take a moment to call out the slimeball from FLA and the absolute traitor, Buck. Public officials are fair game, but calling her an agent for Russia because she questions the money laundering nazzies in Ukraine is just a smear by far left money. I know mr. double poster likes to rant about many things he has some knowledge of, but being puzzled by opposition to more unsupervised inflated money to criminals in Ukraine, proves he isn't the big brain he thinks he is. This is everything that was wrong about Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, plus a lot more deep state corruption.

The NYPD began arresting dozens of student and faculty protestors at New York University Monday night where anti-Israel demonstrators had earlier set up a “Gaza Solidarity” encampment, according to the college’s newspaper. The cops in riot gear cuffed the protesters – who are demanding NYU divest from holdings tied to Israel over the ongoing violence in Gaza — with zip ties and led them to police buses that had arrived near the campus hours earlier, the university’s student-run newspaper Washington Square News reported. Moments earlier, police blasted a message over a megaphone, ordering the protesters to disperse or face arrest for trespassing, according to the newspaper.

(WASHINGTON) — A majority of Supreme Court justices on Monday appeared sympathetic to an Oregon city making it a crime for anyone without a permanent residence to sleep outside in an effort to crack down on homeless encampments across public properties. The case, City of Grants Pass v. Johnson, carries enormous stakes nationwide as communities confront a growing tide of unhoused residents and increasingly turn to punitive measures to try to incentivize people to take advantage of social services and other shelter options. “These generally applicable laws prohibit specific conduct and are essential to public health and safety,” argued the city’s attorney Theane Evangelis during oral arguments, which stretched

Once upon a time, U.S. students were awarded gold stars for achievement; merit was the American way. These days, that celestial system has dimmed -- DEI is lighting the way. Consider the case of Kristina Raevsky, a 14-year-old from Queens. The eighth-grader has a lot to be proud of: Per the New York Post, she's "published four books" and won trophies for debating. Her attendance record is perfect. And where grade point average is concerned, Kristina's killing it -- she boasts an immaculate 100. The comparison would offend the mullahs, but both managed to patrol large swaths of territory by relying on proxies—imperialism on the cheap. Columbia University president Minouche Shafik condemned the “intimidating and harassing behavior” that has occurred on the New York City campus over the past several days and announced that classes would be held remotely on Monday. “Antisemitic language, like any other language that is used to hurt and frighten people, is unacceptable and appropriate action will be taken,” Shafik said in a statement. She further suggested that “tensions have been exploited and amplified by individuals who are not affiliated with Columbia who have come to campus to pursue their own agendas.” Shafik added that, over the coming days, deans and administrators will convene to resolve the “crisis” on campus
