A GOP-led effort in Pennsylvania has prevailed after an appeals court ruled that undated (and arguably unverified) mail-in ballots can not be counted. That comes after a years-long legal battle led by various left-wing activist groups, including the ACLU and the NAACP. Pennsylvania mail-in ballots that are not dated on the outside envelope by the voter should not be counted even if they arrive at a county election office on time, a three-judge appeals court panel ruled on Wednesday. The 2-1 decision from the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals strikes down a lower court ruling and sets up a potential Supreme Court battle over Pennsylvania’s mail-ballots that began in 2020,

It adds difficult new requirements. 1. You must be able to read a calendar. 2. You must get out of bed at least five days before the election. 3. You must know how to find a post office and buy a stamp with an EBT card. The ACLU and the NAACP are sham/scam organizations led by bottom feeders.

I don’t need to be celebrated. Well, let me clarify that a bit – I don’t need to be celebrated for existing. That’s not an accomplishment. Okay, if you knew me in my teens and early twenties, it is kind of an accomplishment in that I would not have made anyone’s list of long-term existences, but not losing myself to death isn’t an accomplishment, it’s almost the least someone could do. Existing is literally the least someone could do, so it is decidedly not worthy of celebration.
