30 Years After Apartheid, South Africa
is a Racist Hellhole

Original Article

“30 years on, South Africa still dismantling racism and apartheid’s legacy,” the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights claims. After 30 years of ANC rule by Mandela and his increasingly more corrupt klepto-commie successors, what is there to dismantle? Besides the ANC’s own racism. Apartheid has long since gone. A generation grew up without it and soon so will another. All they will know is ANC rule. And ANC rule has meant racism, violent crime and a regime so corrupt that it can’t keep the lights on, but can ally with Russia, China and Hamas.

All of the anti-apartheid movers and shakers should be so proud. A functioning 20th century productive, peaceful country turned into a Communist, racist, backward, pagan third world cesspit. And it only took thirty years.

One odd aspect of the Pistorius trial was the matter-of-fact statement and acceptance that Pistorius lived in a walled, gated compound with 5-6 neighbors and all of them were heavily armed - which is why he had a gun at hand and 'accidentally' shot his fiance/girlfriend. There was no teeth-gnashing about gun ownership or rights. There WAS silent acknowledgement that the security and the firearms were necessary because white South Africans were and are under constant threat.

It's a tragic but familiar story all across the continent of Africa. You can put suits on them and make them put their spears away but deep down they are what they are. The European explorers and slave traders should have never dropped anchor there.

I have a friend across the street here in ohio that moved here from SA, his family goes back to the original settlers, even before the Treks. His american wife got panicky after some home invasions, looting, near some of their rural properties, demanded to return to the USA...he bought her and the kids here, the rest of the very large and widespread family stays. It has been THEIR home for longer than most of the rabble rousing mobs...that came from Mozambique, Angola, Botswana and elsewhere, are NOT Native to the region. I talked to his father a bit about it all when he was visiting...he said "Oh we are used to it, have been for over 200 years, every generation some young people get indoctrinated by the communists and tribalists and run wild for a while....They only Reap, but they never sow. They gather together, take things, break things, burn things, then...they come back later after everything easy to take, break and sell has run out...with their hands out, their hats off and ask for jobs. We rebuild yet again...they do not realize the wealth is in the land, not what sits upon it, that there is honor and wealth in the work, none without the work. We have tried to educate them, we are the ones who built, and still build all of the schools, the colleges, the community colleges, the trade schools...but the schools are soon taken over by the communists that teach them only to covet, not to build. To steal a fish, not build a net, open a market, become a business catching and selling fish to others". South africa is sommat unique in that the three branches of govt are all in different places, different cities, not in a single capitol. The legislative/parliamentary branch is in Cape Town, the administrative/executive branch in Pretoria, the Judiciary is located in Bloemfontein, Free State...where things are much calmer, secure, peaceful...and "proper".(Though the Supreme/Constitutional court itself is located in Johannesburg)

The U.S. consumer is increasingly tapped out, and the effects are being felt in even the strongest, most resilient brands out there. Exhibit A is Starbucks. The Seattle-based coffee chain, ubiquitous in the U.S. and increasingly a truly global franchise, on Wednesday laid one of the biggest eggs it ever has on Wall Street with a first-quarter earnings report that sent many investors running for the exits like their caramel frappuccinos were on fire. The stock closed down nearly 16% on more than eight times the average trading volume.

The Biden administration's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has updated federal LGBTQ+ workplace guidelines on harassment to include sexual orientation and gender identity, making it the first update of its kind since 1999. Human Rights Campaign said they praised the new EEOC guidance, and say the updates now align with the Supreme Court's landmark 2020 Bostock v. ClaytonCounty decision, which came after an employer allegedly fired a longtime employee "simply for being homosexual or transgender," the ruling stated. The 11th Circuit Court had said Title VII, used in that case, didn't prohibit an employer from firing an employee for being gay.

It’s all out in the open now. The House voted 366-58 on Saturday to send $9.1 billion to Gaza, and that means $9.1 billion to Hamas. [SNIP] The $9.1 billion is earmarked, of course, as “humanitarian assistance,” but that ruse is fooling fewer and fewer people. Just The News reported Friday that the bill is “under scrutiny” in the first place because the amount that Gaza will be getting is “significantly more than the annual gross domestic product of the Gaza Strip,” and no safeguards are in place to ensure that the money will not fall into the wrong hands.

The campus police said that they would have to call the actual police, but no police came. The campus cops then admitted that they didn’t actually call 911. When one of the people on the scene called 911, the LAPD stated that they had been told not to respond to calls from UCLA. The student then had to go down to a police station to file a report which all but ensured that nothing would happen.

Well done! The $20-an-hour wage floor foisted on California’s fast-food restaurants, dubbed with the innocent-sounding moniker Assembly Bill 257, was signed into law last fall.
