A tiny picturesque town has been tearing itself apart over alleged 'subversive messaging' in a series of LGBT murals on a prominent building. (Video) But state senator and town selectman Carrie Gendreau raised her concerns about their content, due to one of them having a rainbow in it. Addressing a local meeting on the murals last year, The artworks in Littleton, New Hampshire, were installed last year and show colorful trees, stars and flowers, one of which appears to be a dandelion. A local nonprofit that had them installed said they had been meant to 'beautify blighted properties' and promote a more welcoming environment.

This is a case where I would say: Keep your powder dry. Those murals are not really objectionable, and I think you have to look pretty hard to find any LGBT propaganda in them. Sure, one has a rainbow, but rainbows used to be just rainbows. It's not worth tearing a town apart.

The history teacher that claims to have taught Carrie about the constitution and about seperation of church and state is a liar or ignorant. There is no such thing as seperation of church and state in the constitution.

I'm not seeing it. They're just early 70's style hippy art, painted by old hippy chicks. Its not exactly Rembrandt but I see nothing objectionable.

What's she going to do when a rainbow appears in the sky? I remember when rainbows appeared on children's clothes because children actually LIKED rainbows. The LGBTQ movement is big into social media influencing, but if you start looking for hidden messages everywhere, you will find them everywhere, both real and imagined.

Reading some of the replies to the article from those who live in the area, Littleton is not tearing itself apart over this. Apparently, no one there really cares and it's a nothing story that only the Daily Mail would have us believe is worth getting all wee-wee'd up about. Some dykes paint some murals and in one of them there's a multi-colored flower. Okay, "ladies" - we get it. Carrie's real handicap is that she isn't a muslim - now THAT would spring people into action.

To the acupuncturist: the rest of us have seen incremental ism destroying this country. It might seem harmless, now, but it's the leak in the dike that precedes a flood. I don't blame her for being sensitive. The art is inoccuous in a vacume. It's not till it comes out it was done at the behest pro-LBTQ+ activists that warning bells start ringing. Some of the most hateful people you'll ever meet. Not the real LGBTQ people, but the activists. They are to that movement what Inquisitors were to the Catholic Church.

Reps. Andy Ogles (R-TN), Tom Tiffany (R-WI), and Scott Perry (R-PA), as well as dozens of Senate Republicans, are moving to prevent President Joe Biden from resettling Palestinians in American communities. In a letter to House Appropriators, Ogles, Tiffany, and Perry ask that a provision be included in the Fiscal Year 2025 spending bill that prohibits expenditures “of any funds to issue a visa or grant parole to any alien holding a passport issued by the Palestinian Authority.” The House Republicans write: Whatever fanciful leftist notion to the contrary, the United States of America cannot be expected to absorb the rest of the world’s problems.

After a strong run in 2023 and early 2024, stock markets have been selling off lately. I cannot predict whether this market sell-off will continue, but I can state what has happened so far and speculate as to why it has happened and whether it will continue. In my opinion, anyone who says he can do more than speculate is deceived or lying. After closing at an all-time high of 5,254 on March 28, the S&P 500, a broad measure of the U.S. stock market, fell to 4,967 (as of April 21). The 5.5% correction corresponds with some troubling inflationary news, and it may

And, of course, you know, they were raised in the Great Depression and rural Georgia. It was kind of hard for them to hear rich kids on the campus of Harvard are taking over or taking over campuses at Columbia.”
