The Associated Press (AP) admitted Friday that this week’s indictment of 18 Arizona Republicans is “part of a campaign” to “deter” Republicans from raising challenges and concerns about the integrity of the 2024 election.
Democratic Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes indicted 18 individuals, 11 of whom she claims acted illegally when they convened as alternate electors to certify the Arizona election in favor of Donald Trump while challenges to the tight election’s initial results were ongoing.
Under the headline “Charges against Trump’s 2020 ‘fake electors’ are expected to deter a repeat this year,” AP’s Nicholas Riccardi wrote the indictment of 18 people “could help shape the landscape of challenges

Malicious prosecution - "Malicious prosecution it a legal term that refers to the filing of a civil or criminal case that has no probable cause, and is filed for some purpose other than obtaining justice. When such a case is decided in favor of the defendant, he may turn around and file a civil lawsuit against the plaintiff or prosecutor for malicious prosecution, seeking damages. To explore this concept, consider the following malicious prosecution definition." Legaldictionary.net

Right. Thanks for the reminder not to question election results.
In November 2024. when Democrats simply cheat as we know they will, there will be no point to merely question the election results or to seek judicial judgements.
Instead, it will be full-on, kill every Democrat you see....especially those in Washington DC.

Democrats don't JUST have different political opinions. It is far more than that. They are anti-American, malicious, vile and evil. It's way past time to recognize evil for what it is.

Pretty sure AP has done no investigation of the 2020 election fraud themselves. They just go along with the liberal claptrap that’s spewed.

The 2020 election WAS stolen. The left and RINOs are still attempting to ignore that in the same way they are ignoring that the vax never prevented covid and never prevented transmission.
It is not illegal to question the validity of an election unless you are republican. Hillary went so far as to try to get electors to change their vote. Everyone that went peacefully to the capitol on J6 (except the FBI and their fellow infiltrators) had the right to request that the election be investigated or sent back to the states that were in question. Many of those states violated the constitution by allowing the secretary of states and or governors to change the rules of the election. The state legislatures are the only constitutional ones that should be in control of how the elections are run. I am so sick of the democrats cheating and then RINOs and other dishonest people pretending that the elections are fair.

So Arizona is committing election interference by trying to prevent challenges to dirty elections.

It is all a show of force to intimidate the masses.
J6, election denier persecutions, cancelling people, Trump indictments, republicans being indicted in multiple sates for questioning election results etc...
It is pretty evident that they are trying to send a clear message to the Conservative Right before the 2024 election, that they are in charge, do not question election outcomes and do not challenge their authority.

Trump should send this Chick a letter letting her know he will look her up after he is elected and be sure she will be changes with SOMETHING. Doesn't matter what. If Democrats can charge someone for even thinking that the Election was stolen, then why can't the PRESIDENT haul her rear end in and charge her with acting illegally! Works for her! Should work for Trump! Make sure her bank account is down to zero in defending herself! Send a message! After all, isn't that what she is doing!

If the ballot box is owned/nullified by the "total control party", that leaves citizens only the cartridge box for justice. Do our would-be despotic rulers realize this?

Obviously, serious criminal charges are justified.
Towards the folks using their position as officials and officers of the court to use this malicious prosecution to silence or punish political opponents.

Well, it cuts both ways. The Dems question election results every time they lose, the latest when Hillary lost, and there were violent protests and, in actuality, temper tantrums, causing property damage and financial losses, and threats by certain "celebrities" to harm President Trump and Federal property.
Maybe an enterprising lawyer could ex post facto go after the organizers and antagonists, including the old bag Hillary, herself.

If they don't want the people to question elections then don't openly cheat and allow audits when there are doubts. We don't trust democrats and have every reason not to. If 2024 is anything like 2020 they are going to get much more than questions and peaceful demonstrations. Take your crooked DOJ and shove it.

There isn’t a politician in Washington who doesn’t know that the 2020 election was stolen due to massive fraud. The really dumb ones think the cheating was legitimate because it was Trump. If the Republicans had not stood down and meekly said out loud that Biden was the true winner we would be in a different place right now. Instead these cowardly a**h***es let Trump try to fight this by himself. Let’s hope the new RNC is not intimidated.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every DNC operative, when they went out to steal an election, had been uncertain whether they would return alive and had to say good-bye to their families? Or if, during periods of mass arrests for 'thought crimes', (as for example in Washington, DC, when they arrested over 500 Trump Supporters, or by the dozens in Arizona and Georgia), people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Capos would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of the Democrats thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!
